Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-17

1. Who we are & acceptance

The Service "Relaynix" ("Relaynix", "we") is an online service operated by its founder, established in Spain. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, which form a binding contract between you and Relaynix.

2. The Service

Relaynix is a content-operations SaaS that helps you draft, voice, generate and publish short-form video to social-media accounts you already own and control, using AI providers and the destination platforms you connect.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Stolen or shared accounts may be suspended immediately.

4. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (briefs, prompts, uploads) and, as between you and us, of the outputs generated for you (scripts, voiceovers, videos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely to run the Service on your behalf (e.g. render the final MP4 and publish it to destinations you configure). You represent that you hold all rights needed for your inputs and for publishing the outputs, and you are solely responsible for that compliance.

5. AI-generated output

Outputs are produced by third-party AI models and are provided "as is". We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, original, non-infringing or fit for any particular purpose, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. The legal status of AI-generated material (including copyrightability) varies by country. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it. Relaynix adds an AI-disclosure marker as required by each destination platform's synthetic- media policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Relaynix to:

7. Provider keys & costs

Relaynix orchestrates calls to third-party APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, YouTube, Meta, etc.) using credentials you configure. You are responsible for usage and costs at those providers; we never re-sell provider credits — you pay each provider directly under your own account.

8. Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The 14-day trial needs no card; after it, an unpaid account moves to the Free tier (reduced limits). Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled from Settings → Billing; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting to use it during the trial or within 14 days you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed; for the portion already supplied no refund is due. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Availability & warranties

We aim for high availability but provide the Service on an as-is and as-available basis, with no contractual uptime SLA on self-serve plans (enterprise SLAs on request). Except as required by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions a destination platform takes against your accounts. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Relaynix against third-party claims arising from your inputs, your published content, or your breach of these Terms or of a destination platform's policies, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension & termination

You may terminate any time from Settings → Account → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when feasible. On termination, processing stops and your data enters the 30-day purge window described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms; we will announce material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may stop using the Service.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts; nothing here deprives you of those rights.
